We will discuss the most common dysfunctions of the ankle, knee, and hip joints, as well as their impact on movement patterns and load transfer during sports activities. Participants will learn how to perform functional assessments, analyze loading patterns, and evaluate movement during dynamic tasks such as squatting, lunging, and landing. Special attention will be given to strategies for improving mobility, stability, and movement re-education. We will demonstrate how to effectively integrate corrective exercises into the training process to enhance athletic development, reduce injury risk, and improve movement quality.
