Pre-Season Testing of GKS Górnik Łęczna Women's Team

At Oleksy-Sport, we conducted comprehensive pre-season testing for the GKS Górnik Łęczna women's football team. The entire diagnostic process took place at our performance center in Rzeszów, where the team took advantage of the opportunity to complete all assessments in one location. The testing protocol included evaluations of strength, power, aerobic capacity, and key performance parameters relevant to pre-season preparation. The results provide valuable insights into the players' physical readiness and support the coaching staff in optimizing the training process. Based on the collected data, we prepared detailed reports to assist with training load management, individualized programming, and informed decision-making regarding the team's physical preparation.
