Pre-season testing of Resovia Rzeszów players

We have completed the pre-season testing of Resovia Rzeszów players. The assessments were carried out partly at the club’s facilities and partly at our performance centre. During the testing, we evaluated the players’ endurance, strength, asymmetries, and other parameters relevant to planning the training process and reducing injury risk. The collected data allows the coaching staff to select training loads more accurately, monitor the players’ readiness, and individualise the next stages of their preparation. We conduct comprehensive pre-season testing both at our centre and directly at clubs.
