Another round of testing for the Polish national biathlon team.

In recent days, the Oleksy-Sport team conducted another round of testing for members of the Polish national biathlon team. The assessments took place at the Lower Silesian Sports Centre in Polana Jakuszycka. The aim of the testing was to evaluate the athletes’ current level of physical preparation and identify areas requiring further development. The collected results provided objective data to support the individualisation of the training process and the monitoring of progress. All athletes also began an individually tailored training programme developed by the Oleksy-Sport team. The programme was designed to improve their physical capabilities and reduce factors that may increase injury risk. Combining regular testing with a properly planned training programme makes it possible to continuously adjust the process to the athletes’ individual needs and the demands of competing at the highest level.
